Listen to a short relaxation with Ariel
Find a comfortable seat, turn your light down low and join Ariel as
she guides you into a pleasing state of relaxation. Allow the next
five minutes to be all about you. Shut your phone off and free
yourself from any distractions while you take a trip inside your
imagination. Let Ariel's soothing voice give you a little more
clarity and a feeling of alertness that you can benefit from
throughout your day. Sit back with your feet flat on the floor and
your hands resting comfortably on your lap. Take a deep relaxing
breath as you start to release any tension, any stress from your
head and shoulders right down to you feet and
let's begin.
